At LakdiBaazaar, we take great pride in our handcrafted wooden creations. Each item is made with care and checked thoroughly before shipping. However, in rare cases of damage or incorrect delivery, weโ€™re here to make it right.


๐Ÿ•” Return & Exchange Eligibility Window

We offer a 5-calendar-day return or exchange window, starting from the date the product is delivered.

๐Ÿ”ธ Returns or exchanges requested after 5 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.


๐ŸŽฏ When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

You are eligible only if:

  • You received a damaged or broken product

  • You received the wrong product

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Doesnโ€™t match decor

  • Delays caused by couriers or natural events

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved, gift-tagged)


๐Ÿ“ธ Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video

โš ๏ธ A full unboxing video is compulsory. No refund/replacement without this.

  • The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the sealed parcel.

  • It should be a single, continuous shot showing the full product and any damage.

  • Blurred, edited, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and inner wrappings must be intact

  • Items must be returned with the original invoice/receipt


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom/personalized items (e.g., products with names, special gift packaging)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Used or tampered products

  • Gift cards or promotional coupons

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage not caused during transit


๐Ÿšš Return Pickup & Shipping Cost

We arrange the return pickup only if your return is accepted after review.
LakdiBaazaar will bear the return shipping charges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

If a customer returns a product without prior approval, the return will be rejected.


๐Ÿ” Replacement / Exchange

  • We offer exchanges only for the same product, subject to availability.

  • If unavailable, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges unless waived due to our error.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank

  • If not received within 15 business days, contact us at lakdibaazaar@gmail.com

Refunds will not be processed in cases of:

  • No unboxing video

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition

  • Claims arising due to external reasons like weather, natural disaster, courier strikes, or power outages


๐Ÿ”„ Limits on Return Abuse

To prevent misuse:

  • We allow only 1 return per order

  • Accounts found with frequent or suspicious return behavior may be flagged and restricted from future returns
