At LakdiBaazaar, we’re committed to delivering your handcrafted wooden goods safely, efficiently, and with care.

🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During festivals, sales, or peak periods, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.

  • In case of any unexpected delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

📦 Shipping Rates

Prepaid Orders ✅ Free Shipping all over India
Cash on Delivery (COD) ₹100 flat COD fee per order

Note: We currently ship only within India.

🛵 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 working days

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier capacity, or force majeure events. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an AWB tracking number via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.

  • You can track your order using the tracking link shared or contact us directly if you face issues.

📭 What If My Package Gets Lost or Delayed?

While most shipments are smooth, things can occasionally go off-track.

  • All our packages are shipped with tracking and insurance.

  • If your order is lost, stuck, or returned, we will investigate and arrange a replacement shipment if applicable.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

🚫 Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate while placing the order.

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number will not be eligible for free redelivery.
