We strive to display our handcrafted products as accurately as possible. However:

All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import duties unless stated otherwise.
Promotions or discounts are subject to terms specified at the time of listing and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
3. Orders & Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order via email.
We reserve the right to reject, modify, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified or canceled, unless under exceptional cases reviewed manually.
If your order is canceled or altered, you will be informed via the email/contact details provided at checkout.
4. Payments
LakdiBaazaar accepts payments through trusted third-party gateways like Razorpay, Paytm, and Cashfree. You agree:

We are not liable for payment failures due to third-party systems.
You must ensure billing and contact info are current to avoid processing issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeline mentioned on product pages. However:
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon dispatch of goods.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transit
You must report the issue within 5 calendar days of delivery, supported with a mandatory unboxing video (one take, showing full product). No claims without this video will be entertained.
